Reading the data

• IDs are stable and never reused. The prefixes are:
  • M: mechanism
  • I: implementation
  • C: claim
  • K: concept
  • O: organization
  • S: source
• Facts and assessments are separated. Readiness assessments, flaws and editors' syntheses carry "assessment": true. Each readiness assessment also carries scope (the verification use the level is assessed for), rubric_version, confidence and status. Treat assessments as editorial judgments, not facts.
• url is the record's page on this site. A source record gives the link to the original paper, code or post in source_url, in the JSON and in source.csv.
• Sources may carry organizations: the IDs of the organizations that authored or published them.
• Implementations list developer separately. A record's organizations field names organizations whose work the record cites or describes. It does not make them developers, authors or funders.
• flags_all includes computed flags:
  • review-overdue: past its review interval;
  • critical-flaw-open: has an open flaw of critical severity.
• Provenance. provenance.drafted_by says whether AI or a person drafted a record. provenance.reviewed_by and readiness.assessed_by list who reviewed or assessed it, by handle. Handles such as codex-review are AI agents, and their reviews are not independent expert review.
• Versions. schema_version versions the data format. Content changes are tracked in the repository's history.
